# Skybreach Land Partnership To make sure the first skyland is not only well populated but also has interesting social hubs, we are approaching select builders from the Dotsama ecosystem with an offer to reserve and pre-pay select larger areas of land. Established communities can pool [voucher credits](https://rmrk.gitbook.io/kanaria-skybreach/fundamentals/land/land-sale/kanaria-land-deed-vouchers) and [xcRMRK](https://singular.app/tokens) to purchase an area of land before the land map is available publicly. This is beneficial to Skybreach in the following ways: - guaranteed land occupation - interesting and populated environment to interact with The projects joining this way get the following advantages: - pick of land with a special shape and settings, matching their culture, idea, and lore - early access to build tools as soon as Skybreach building begins - direct lore involvement to bring all the civilizations in tune ## Rules - The interested project pre-commits to buy 400 to 1600 land (e.g. 20x20 to 40x40). The project is required to burn a single Kokopelli gem from a Kanaria as an early access pass. - The RMRK team would manually burn the required amount of credits + accept the leftover fee in xcRMRK, and then mark those lands as owned by the project on the world map. - The area purchased by the project could get a dedicated secondary artwork on top of these lands, forming a "pixel canvas" style advertisement for their future world (think Sandbox map). - The project would be prevented from selling any part of this land for 1 year from the moment of Skybreach's full launch. - The project would be immune to World Decay for this duration. The project would be given clear use rules which, if respected, retain the immunity to World Decay. I.e. any project launching like this would be required to have a certain number of active players per period of time to retain immunity. The larger the land, the bigger the minimum number of required active players per period of time. - 5% of the project's land would be Harberger Taxed, and made this way even if not originally envisioned as Harb Taxed. To read how Harb Tax is distributed, please see [here](https://rmrk.gitbook.io/kanaria-skybreach/fundamentals/land/harberger-taxes), but the short version is, whatever is left in the World Treasury after the main HarbTax has been paid and the initial distribution is done, half of what these slots have earned goes into the Area Treasury.
