# Land Sale Team Reward

As announced, every big RMRK campaign will have team-incentives based on some successes.

The next big campaign is the land sale, and with land deeds distributed and everyone being (almost) equipped to get their referral links and start shilling, the following additional reward is specified:

| Land Sold, public month 1 | Percentage for Team |

| 40%+ | 15% |
| 30%+ | 10% |
| 20%+ | 5% |

In other words, the amount of land sold before the first month of the public phase is over directly influences the amount we distribute to the team, up to 15%.

Important conditions:

- the pre-sale period counts, this reward campaign ends on day 30 of public phase, but if we sell 10k during Kokopelli, that is still valid
- credit buys do not count
- only number of lands matters, not their value

So if there are 25000 for sale and we **sell** 10000 of them (40%) before the first month of public sale is over, the team gets 15% of the proceeds.

The range we can earn is:

- before Dutch phase begins, 40%, all rare and epic lands plus some commons: 1'200'000 xcRMRK
- last day of reward period, only 20% sells and it is all commons: 207'500 xcRMRK

Therefore, unless we completely fail the sale, the possible bonus range translates to **10375 xcRMRK to 180'000 xcRMRK for the team**.

Note that the reward will be vested for 12 months in monthly instalments, and stops vesting if you leave RMRK for any reason.
