# RMRK Staking: Mana

Summary: a model to generate the MANA fungible token which, apart from having magic-related use-cases in-game is the energy through which Chunkies can be leveled up.

This mechanism describes a method of staking RMRK to earn MANA, boosting the generation with Kanaria, and using the MANA to attempt to level up your Chunkies.

## Sources

- Chunkies can be minted by anyone for 0.5 xcRMRK
- MANA is a fungible ERC20 token
- MANA is generated at a relative rate of 1 per 431 xcRMRK per day (so 0.00232 MANA per day per 1 xcRMRK)
- MANA is generated at a higher rate if a Kanaria is staked alongside **at least 431** xcRMRK:
- each LE bird adds 0.00232 MANA to base income
- each Rare bird adds 0.0232 MANA to base income
- each Founder / Super Founder bird adds 0.232 MANA to base income

## Drains

- Chunkies need 10 x 2^level of MANA to attempt to level up, and have a chance to die as follows:

## Converters

- Users can exchange MANA for any crypto (KSM, MOVR, xcRMRK) on any DEX
- Users can exchange any crypto (KSM, MOVR, xcRMRK) for MANA on any DEX
- Users can exchange Chunkies on Singular to xcRMRK at a 3.5% commission with 2.5% royalties (6% to RMRK team)
