# Community Lead
This outlines the responsibilities and dos/don'ts. Since this is much more work than before, we would be happy to bump you up to 2000 USDT and a random kanaria bird after 3 months (value between 15 and 150 ksm, depends on random roll).
## General
For analytics, only marginally touch on this because we hired a marketing lead who will join us on April 21st, and you will work closely with her on acutalizing the plans she puts in place. The twitter accounts still stay your responsibility, but she will do the planning with your help, you will be a team.
In general, no soloing graphics - all graphics work you publish MUST go through Paola for approval.
## Youtube
Keep an eye on our YT channel and answer any questions. Once per week should be enough to go through all the unanswered ones and see if anything needs attention.
## Reddit
Grow the reddit strategy with Chekov, but we are not going to be using Reddit much - instead we will have a web3-login forum, so use that for mostly read only info or whatever. The reddit engagement is, imo, better if you just insert us into other existing subreddits than grow our own.
## Twitter Accounts
Twitter is our main avenue of growth right now, so it needs to be maintained and grown. There are 5 total accounts.
### @rmrkapp
Check previous posts for information. Needs to be non-promotional and informative, so that we do not bleed followers.
Should:
- RT some of the other accounts, but not all, so that people do not lose the need to follow other accounts
- Post about team updates, news, deployments, grants, job ads, RMRK being at a conference or organizing a roundtable, awesome artist groups, and more.
Should not:
- Post about tokens

Should:
- post every dotleap edition
- occasionally post a link that will end up in the next newsletter, to hype it up, maybe provide commentary alongside it

### @review_nft
Official account of the NFT review newsletter.
Should:
- post every NFT Review edition
- occasionally post a link that will end up in the next newsletter, to hype it up, maybe provide commentary alongside it
Should not:
- post too much about Eth, instead prioritize the dotsama side of things
Min cadence: 1 tweet per day.
### Skybreach (needs to be created)
Official Skybreach account.
Should:
- post about the game's progress, updates, repost the announcement post from time to time, about land sale, about land claims and resales, and more. Team will feed it information occasionally that is okay to be released. Anything released before is okay to be re-released. Should occasionally RT recaps of Skybreach, to keep people's memory fresh.
- be at least as aggressive as https://twitter.com/skyversenft
Should not:
- post about other RMRK stuff, keep it Skybreach focused only unless a new feature or integration comes out that affects this (i.e. lands get added to Singular)

Official Singular account.
Should:
- post about amazing collections and NFTs (verified only)
- mention when a successful DAO vote has concluded to make a certain collection curated
- feature select random birds or attributes, or wearables for Kanaria, custom art features, gem use, and more (see what the rmrkapp account also did so far)
- share artist featurettes and interviews if we make any
Should not:
- promote non-verfied collections
- talk about other RMRK meta-stuff, unless something was developed that improves Singular itself

## Instagram
We have two accounts on Instagram.
### art.magazine
Art focused, not NFT-focused.
1 post per day, mix it up - one day NFT, another day non-NFT. Has to be an even mix of NFT vs non NFT stuff. A very good type of content there is "making of" timelapses, so if you can source some from our artist community would be amazing to post from time to time.
There is also a LIKE+COMMENT campaign going with art.magazine that requires you to L+C other big accounts' posts, and then they return the favor. This engagement grows us in people's recommended feeds, and needs to be maintained daily to grow.
This account is to be used to funnel followers into rmrkapp (other Insta account), into Twitter, and into Singular.app by showcasing kickass art making it onto Singular.
There are a lot of promotion requests on this account in the inbox, they should all (well, all who do not suck) be told "We will happily promote you if you join us on Singular.app and mint something cool and unique only available there."

Basically the same as the @rmrkapp twitter account, feel free to replicate the content more or less, plus expand with more image-focused NFT-only content on Instagram.
