# LexDAO Community Development Proposal

I've generated the following proposal for immediate action based on observation of effective structure as work within both Raid Guild and DAOhaus where I maintain invovlement as well as DAO Shares.

I believe we have sufficient community, and the technology has evovled to be sound enough to execute the following right away.

## Community Development Budget

Requesting **20,000 PAN** grant from grants fund for the execution of the following Development Plan, including the first month of Community Management budget.

## Community Development Plan:

### Launch new https://lexdao.org (Docusaurus v2)

- Better Info
- Better membership funnels
- Better showcase of LexDAO work
- Better funnels to publications/twitter
- Move dApps to subdomain

### Launch LexDAO Moloch v2 (or v2x if ready) through DAOhaus/Pokemol to fit the following structure:
(Will also onboard existing members.)

- Voting Chains
- xDAI for Capital Mgmt
- Mainnet for periodic records
- Snapshot for consensus votes
- Guild Bank Uses
- Controlled proposal by proposal
- Members
- 300 WxDAI "Tribute" (or similar) -> 10 Shares
- Everyone still has to get voted in
- Funds still rage quitable
- This may roll to a more regular dues situation after this opportunity for the initial 50 members. We will also begin exploration of "dues" structures.
- Apprentices
- No tribute required -> 1 Share (will earn remaining 9 or obtain champion tribute)
- Also, still have to get voted in
- Voting Threshold
- 10 DAO Shares (10 DAO Shares = LDM Elligible, basically.)
- Loot?
- Do we want to open up further contribtion?
- Transmutation?
- Transmutation to some sort of token?

### Refine Apprenctice Program
- Not about cheap labor and training our replacements, this is about creating legal engineers who can go out and make bank.
- Flesh out onboard and discord to train new legal engineers, and allow them to earn their shares through work
### Launch LexDAO 2020 NFT Pledge Drive?
(Maybe, if there's time after the above)
- Commission something from an artist.
- Limit 100
- 50 for existing members already given out.
- 50 for loot contributions to the DAO of any amount over $100? - or something reported as revenue every year

### Establish Monthly Community Mgmt Budget:

Requesting **20 DAO shares per month** to be allocated to guild members or apprentices working on raids related to community or DAO improvement. Will be automatically allocated to "Minders" for execution and cleared by proposal every month.

- Own Substack publishing schedule
- Update Handbook & Onboarding Materials
- LexDAO Improvement Projects
