# NLP Researcher

## Responsibilities

+ Conduct cutting-edge research to address NLP tasks (Natural Language Understanding, Task-Oriented Dialogue Systems, Text Retrieval and Summarization Systems, ..)
+ Build, develop and optimize deep learning models, focusing on building new theoretical models instead of just applying existing ones.
+ Collaborate with product development teams to convert research results into actual commercial products

## Qualifications

+ PhD degree in Computer Science, Maths, Statistics or related fields with specialization in NLP, Deep Learning.
+ Experience in applying Deep Learning to real-world NLP problems
+ Experience in processing and analyzing large-scale text data
+ Experience with popular NLP frameworks: TensorFlow, Pytorch
+ Ability to conduct research both independently and in a team environment
