# 🚩 Officer TODOs & Priorities

This document tracks officer priorities for maintaining and growing the guild as we prepare for an upcoming recruitment wave and stabilize the raid roster.

## 🎯 Immediate Goals (High Priority)

### 🔧 **1. Policy Overhaul & Documentation**
**Objective:** Finalize core guild systems in preparation for recruitment and raid expansion.

#### Tasks:
- [x] **Rework Loot Council System**
- Set up [That's My BIS](https://thatsmybis.com/), get raiders to fill in their loot priorities and have a loot ledger.
- Finalize items on current LC (up to BWL, skip ZG), removing many items as discussed.
- Codify Loot Council responsibilities and criteria.
- [x] **Finalize Guild Rank System**
- Lock in expectations, perks, and promotion/demotion rules.
- Sync doc language across recruitment messaging and Discord roles.

### 🛡️ **2. Recruitment Push**
**Objective:** Attract committed players while maintaining casual-friendly structure.

#### Tasks:
- [x] Draft new recruitment blurb (website, forums, Discord).
- [x] Establish ideal raid composition (target: 80% core, 20% casual).
- [x] Assign officers to follow up with applicants and trials.
- [x] Define onboarding flow for new recruits (roles, docs, point-of-contact).

### ⚔️ **3. Raid Strategy Management**
**Objective:** Get all current raid content documented and accessible.

#### Tasks:
- [ ] Add Zul'Gurub strategy doc.
- [ ] Migrate BWL & MC strats from Discord to official doc folder.
- [ ] Assign raid leads/roles for each instance.

### 💬 **4. Discord Cleanup & Expansion**

**Objective:** Refresh Discord for clarity and upcoming growth.

#### Tasks:
- [ ] Review unused or outdated channels — mark for archive/deletion.
- [ ] Add new channels as needed (e.g., recruitment info, event signup).
- [ ] Reorder sections to better reflect guild activity (PvE, PvP, Social).

### 🎉 **5. Event Planning**
**Objective:** Increase member engagement through regular, fun events.

#### Tasks:
- [ ] Create reusable event planning template (who, what, when, signups).
- [ ] Plan next guild event — PvP has high demand.
- [ ] Define basic event "house rules" to reduce friction for organizers.

#### 6. Thatsmybis Set Up
- [ ] Thatsmybis set up for guildies - add death squad 1 to raid team
- [ ] Verify everyone has death squad 1 as raid team
- [ ] Wishlist with items in priority order (1 being the most wanted item)using wishlist 1
- [ ] Before AQ40 have raiders use wishlist 2 to set wishlist for AQ40/20
- [ ] Switch to wishlist 2 as primary list as AQ40 starts
