# Meetings with Fruto
[toc]
## October 26, 2023
Follow-up:
- Zoom breakout room testing with Victoria (and potentially Chris) there
## October 19, 2023
- Victoria updates
- [X] PO is all set and invoice has been issued to the Turing.
- [X] Contract with OCC signed
- [X] Reached out to Rachel with OCC about availability of developers. = Chris was thinking about working on the backlog. Rachel will let Victoria know who is available and when. Then will arrange a call with our developer/s and identify the items that OCC could work on, how long it will take.
- Jessica updates
- It would be good with list of new features list to Jessica once we have that settled with OCC. If we do testing, she doesn't want to recommend things we already know. She wants to add value.
- ==Kalle to let Jessica know what the backlog items are after we settle that with OCC.==
- Kalle updates
- [ ] Zoom meetings have been set up
- [ ] Participants have been invited
- invites sent out to most (still some cold calls out via Slack communities and some of our collaborators); 4 confirmed for workshop (plus some for prototype sessions)
- I have heard from at least one participant that they cannot attend workshop but could make themselves available for a prototyping session, is that of interest?
- Invite: not the best to be part of the prototyping session (example of assurance case and using the platform)
- Jessica: If we have core users that could do prototyping but not workshop, we could send them something like a one-pager: this is an assurance case, this is a potential case study... And have that as a required reading beforehand. ==We should discuss this internally whether that something is something we'd like.==
- How do we do the prototype sessions (a link for signing up for an hour?) or how will they be structured?
- Jessica will set up five invite links over the two days and will send them to me so I can forward them to five users who we'd like the input from.
- Tested the Zoom set up -- will follow up with a test of breakout rooms next week
- [ ] Kalle to contact IT to solve the invites for Fruto (Jessica + other facilitators) as hosts
- Alignment for the front user: project details. We might want to change things around. How much do we want to disclose to the participants?
- [X] Action for Kalle: make more general than healthcare.
- Info: There will be an extra facilitator from Fruto's side for the workshops so we don't need to do any facilitation.
## October 12, 2023
- Nothing has changed since last meeting
- Workshop on 8th nov
- agenda and description of event that needs to be sent to participants
- sent to chris on Friday
- needs to be sent to the users... or we need to talk about extension?
**Decision:** keeping dates for now
- Jess: 4 things
- Recruitment of participants
- invite email https://docs.google.com/document/d/1JJf1ydTYdLZ2iXXK87bsZ2VhHIJMnDhl0HKv-jAkaGw/edit
- outstanding question:
- invites... Google meet links?
- recording is good... might be better for them to be stored on Turing account. Privacy: they live with Turing.
- 15 people in workshop, 5 interviewed after in prototype session.
- prototype session on 15th and 16th november
- output: ??
- start at 9am, end at 5pm
- 5 people - as close to what we want to be our end users
- if we can identify them before the workshop, we can send invite to both sessions
- Miro board - https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVMhMJ1lg=/?share_link_id=422460334626 (Welcome_123)
- intro, icebreaker; q&a -- nothing needed (I am welcome in breakout rooms)
- 2 case studies needed (ACTION POINT) = healthcare system
- review this part of the workshop outline.. is terminology good? (ACTION POINT)
- Workshop agenda (to be attached to the invite)
- Practitioners workshop (ATI) = internal view of the workshop
Do I need to be there?
- objectives of workshop -- usability testing for the tool... this workshop is more to understand if people understand and like the methodology + what their experience is with AI
- facilitation on Zoom is difficult so there will be another facilitator
- good for me to attend the workshop
- Chris was going to do a presentation on what fairness is, assurance case = if he's not there, ==someone will need to do the presentation==
ACTION POINTS FROM ME:
- [X] send a message to Chris, get the list of participants
- [X] create booking links, then send out invites
- [X] We're still chasing a PO - trying to get paid. Reach out to Arielle re: this
- [X] Keep calls on schedule every Thursday
- [X] After PO is sent, organise call between us (Aoife) and OCC (hold off until after next meeting)
Action points:
- [ ] Remind people for prototyping + addition: follow-up email (Jess will send again).
- [ ] Follow up with Ola and Lee: No on attending prototyping without the workshop, unfortunately, but further information forthcoming.
- [ ] Read "decision support system" case study
