# TEA-DT Assurance Case Competition

## Key Deadlines

- **Submit assurance case:** Thursday 27th June
- **Vote for best assurance case:** Monday 1st July
- **Notification of winner:** Tuesday 2nd July
- **Final Event:** Tuesday 16th July

## Instructions

1. To submit your assurance case, please go to the relevant GitHub discussion and upload your `json` file.
- Please name your file with the name of your organisation, so that other participants know which one to vote for (e.g. `alan-turing-institute.json`).

2. You can also use these discussions to continue the knowledge share with each other (e.g. sharing information about relevant metrics or requirements for your shared goals), which we would strongly encourage.
3. After all cases have been submitted, you will be able to review and vote for the best assurance case using the respective form:

4. The winning team will be notified receive gift vouchers and be invited to present at our final workshop on July 16th.
- All workshop participants will be invited to attend this final event, but due to time constraints only the winning team will be able to formally present their project and work.
- The TEA-DT project team will not cast votes for any assurance case to remain impartial. In addition, the workshop participants who are part of the TRIC-DT will not be eligible to submit an assurance case out of fairness to the other participants.
- In cases where the winning team are unable to present at our July 16th, we will offer the slot to the runner-up.
