儀器開關機
所有的外接pump
- 外面(冷氣那邊)有一個白色開關:鼓風機的pump
- NEPH的pump
- SMPS (CPC) 的pump
- TEOM的pump
- OCEC的pump (委外)
NEPH Aurora 3000
- 開機
- 按開關機按鈕 開軟體檢查遠端
- 開pump
- 關機
- 按開關機按紐
- 關pump
SMPS
軟體設定:跟台北一樣的設定,只有 aerosol flow 不一樣,要設定為 1 (因為 CPC3772 只能設定 1), sheath flow 是 4
Classifier 3080
- 開機
- 總電源on (儀器後面)
- Sheath調為4
- 模式為Analog Ctr
- 關機
- Sheath調為0
- Analog Ctrl調為Panel Ctrl
- 總電源off (儀器後方)
CPC3772
- 開機
- 開電源
- 開pump
- 確認Water removal 及Auto fill有沒有開
- 關機
- 按下,調到User settings
- 把Water removal 及Auto fill關掉
- 切斷外接pump電源
- 關CPC電源
APS
- 開機
- 總電源on
- 旋轉順時針至螢幕主畫面最右邊後,按一下轉盤
- 轉到menu並按一下旋轉鈕進入
- 轉到pump,按一下使pump on
- 關機
- 旋轉順時針至螢幕主畫面最右邊後,按一下轉盤
- 轉到menu並按一下旋轉鈕進入
- 轉到pump,按一下使pump off
- 總電源off
TEOM
- 關機
- 關外接 Pump (在貨櫃的後面 pump上有接綠色的管子)
- 軟體主畫面
Service
→ Instrument control
→ stop
- 關儀器前面上方的紅色按鈕
- 開機
- 總電源ON (儀器前方下面的紅色開關)→ 開啟Pump (外接的pump)
Service
->Instrument control
->Run
- 設定k0值:
Settings
->Advanced
->Mass Transducer k0 constant
->輸入14801.0
- 注意儀器流量是否為 Bypass: 3 lpm / Main Flow: 13.67 lpm
- 若不是的話按進去調整 流量正確才可以進行校正
- 步驟:
Instrument Condition
->Flow rate
->輸入正確流量
OCEC
- 關機
- 先將軟體全部關閉
- 關掉 OCEC 前方 右邊按鈕(Oven)
- 關掉 OCEC 後方 NDIR(OCEC上方黑色小盒子) 的開關
- 關掉 OCEC 前方 左邊按鈕(power)
- 三罐鋼瓶的開關鎖緊(順時針旋轉大表)
- 開機
- 先將三罐鋼瓶的開關都要打開(逆時針旋轉大表)
- 開啟OCEC的前方左邊按鈕(power)
- 然後要到OCEC的後方開啟NDIR(OCEC上方黑色小盒子)的開關
- 再回到OCEC的前方並打開右邊按鈕(oven)
- 最後重新啟動軟體
OCEC
→ Do not autostart
→ 'Use sample file times'
→'Cycle'
取消勾選 →'Par file'
選取RT_EUSSAR2
BC
- 開關打開,到內部按stop,按No
如果沒停到機,再把開關關掉重開,到主畫面(畫面有秀BC才是主畫面)按menu,按stop sample
2.停好機後,開始重設時間
