### Debrief

We discussed spaces suggested by @pasha - @abby @ali @tanc and @pasha went and all had great impressions of the location and neighbouring spaces.

### Budget

Discussion moved towards budget and the chicken egg situation of money, people and how to get started.

Some different models were proposed:

- Model follows dream - we find the ideal space, aim to that and raise funds to make it happen, try to reflect ideal scenario.
- Dream follows model - we start with whatever we can do, using low resources, and slowly move up from a bootstrap model.

### Monthly budget

We now really have to start projecting our costs and rolling income. High priority on everyone to fill the surey and understand where we are.

### Fundraising

We thought that throwing events and fundraising can happen on rental places or also in a decentralised fashion. It's a great ide to start doing something, avents and whatnot, even before the space kicks off.

- @laza is proposing renting out a space he know in Clot, whcih belongs to someone very involved in some maker community. Throwing an event there could be great for recruitment and fund raising.
- @laza mentioned someone that raised some money for some project (need clarification as I missed a few deets) and is looking for a space, being new and with no tools in Barcelona. We could join forces.

### Diversity

Peter made a great point about diversity and growing in more diverse and local directions, but then insulted white man-buns which effectively make up most of of the room.
