## MetaMask Setup

### Adding the Alfajores (Celo) network

1. If you don’t have the Alfajores (Celo) network already added to your MetaMask account, you must add it as a custom RPC endpoint. If you do already have it added, skip to [Refreshing and connecting the wallet](#Refreshing-and-connecting-the-wallet).

_Click on the network at the top of the MetaMask extension UI. Here you will see a list of all the networks you can connect to. At the bottom, you will find the option for `Custom RPC`. Use this._


2. Fill in all the necessary info for adding the Alfajores (Celo) network.


Here are the settings I have for Alfajores:

Network Name:                  Celo (Alfajores Testnet) 
New RPC URL:                   https://alfajores-forno-celo-testnet.org
ChainID:                       44787
Currency Symbol (Optional):    CELO
Block Explorer URL (Optional): https://alfajores-blockscout-celo-testnet.org 

If everything connects correctly, you will see the following screen.


3. The final step is to add `cUSD` tokens. To do this, select `Add Token` at the bottom the MetaMask UI.


4. Fill in all the necessary info for adding the `cUSD` token.

Here are the settings I have for cUSD:

Token Contract Address: 0x874069Fa1Eb16D44d622F2e0Ca25eeA172369bC1
Token Symbol:           cUSD
Token Decimal:          18


### Adding the cTST (Rinkeby) token
_Since MetaMask already comes preconfigured with the Rinkeby network, we just need to add the Celo test token (cTST) to be viewable by the wallet._

We will repeat the previous processes for adding a new token (screenshots omitted for redundancy).

1. Switch to the Rinkeby Test Network

2. Select `Add Token` at the bottom the MetaMask UI.

3. Fill in all the necessary info for adding the `cUSD` token.

Here are the settings I have for cTST:

Token Contract Address: 0xe09523d86d9b788BCcb580d061605F31FCe69F51
Token Symbol:           cTST
Token Decimal:          18

### Refreshing and connecting the wallet:

1. Connect Wallet


2. Use Ethereum Wallet, if you have MetaMask installed


If everything connects and is configured correctly then you should be presented with a screen resembling the following:

**Home Network:** Celo - Alfajores
**Destination Network:** Ethereum - Rinkeby


#### You are now ready to conduct bridge transfers!
