Focus: entry-level programs for new mentees; continuing mentees will come in due time.

**Notes:**
* Possibility of rolling intake/program
* Hard to maintain with current staffing issues, need better software to support etc.
* What could people *outside* of NZ do to support?
* Typically mentors are getting stuck at the beginning of the process - unsure of what guidance to provide, how to structure mentorship format etc. - as opposed to 'how to be a good boss'-type information currently on offer
* Need to look at recruiting contributors outside of traditional areas e.g. get a job for a tech company and *then* contribute
* Encouraging others to increase diversity will always be important
* Look at providing more support/developing Nigeria to reflect strong interest
* Predominant program participation approx. 90% indian university students
