GSoC midterm evaluations - important

Hello CNCF GSoC mentors,

GSoC midterm evaluation is upcoming.

The Midterm evaluation is a **required part of your participation** in GSoC 2023 and should take about 10 minutes to complete.

Evaluations are open for 4 days, July 10 2023 and July 14 2023 from Monday 1800 UTC until Friday 1800 UTC.

Evaluations are done using the GSoC system at https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/

You should all have received an email with the title *"GSoC 2023 Midterm Reminders and Details"* from Google last week. There is a good amount of information about the midterm evaluation there, and we **strongly encourage** you to read it.

Please note that it is very important to not miss evaluations. If we miss any, Google will cancel our slot in the GSoC mentor summit, and more importantly, **the CNCF might be rejected** as an org in next year's program.

Notes:
- If you know you cannot submit the evaluation of your contributor between July 10, 2023 and July 14, 2023 please inform your co-mentors (if you have multiple) or GSoC admins ([Nate, Ali, Jay](https://github.com/cncf/mentoring/tree/main/programs/summerofcode#communication)).
- Only 1 mentor evaluation can be submitted for a contributor. If you're co-mentoring, please communicate with your co-mentor and make the evaluation together.
