**LF Team**
* Work with LF research team to better understand trends:
* *What is the core information we need to understand e.g. outcomes, post-program pathways?*
* ex: How many mentees are still contributing a year later, 5 years?
* ex: What jobs are mentees doing a year later, 5 years?
* ex: How are mentors benefiting from participation? (are they using their mentor experience as a data point in their promo packages)
* *What will we do with this information once obtained e.g. marketing strategy, resource/collateral development*
* Work with LF training to create a training course for mentors
* *Key curriculum, desired outcomes*
* *What are the primary focus areas by which we would determine course criteria/content?*

**Programs**
* Increase number of programs we participate in
* research other programs
* current programs: LFX Mentorship, GSoC, GSoD, Outreachy
* Add 1 more program
* Recruit community members to help manage/run the programs
* Recruit 2 community members
**LFX Mentoring**
* research changing the program to allow for a 2-term program for longer/larger projects
* How would this work with the req that mentees can only participate in one mentorship
* This helps make the program more valuable for Maintainers -- train a mentee for one term, and have them be more productive in the second
**Additional goals**
* Organize projects (and SIGs and TAGs) to supply an ongoing list of mentorship opportunities based on the Clotributor site
* https://clotributor.dev/
* That way we can reach out based on existing tasks
* Plus skim a list of potential mentors
* Participate in Maintainers Circle, doing session on “participating in mentorship programs”
* Nate + 1-2 project maintainers who did mentorships
