# Hype Squad - Monster Heist

## Mechanics
- Anyone from ages 18 years old and up can join
- Participants are required to have a capture card
- Participants agreed to the terms and conditions of the tournament
- Minimum rank of HR100, no maximum HR Rank limit
- No Weapon restrictions / choose any weapon you feel like will make you win
- No Armor restrictions
- No Decoration restrictiobs
- Use of Layered Armor is allowed
- Teleporting to Sub Camps are allowed
- You can bring Palico or Palamute with no restrictions on weapons and armor or both if the mission allows it
- Crafting during the hunt is allowed
- Capturing the Monster is allowed unless specified
- all RNG are part of the game

## Terms and Condition
This Terms and Condition govern the participants of the said Tournament If you disagree with the Terms and Condition you may not enter the tournament.

By entering the tournament you are giving the Tournament Team rights to the material produced during the said event. You are also giving the organizers rights to broadcast the materials that involves your informations (eg. face, name, location etc.)

You are not also allowed to reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit the materials produced in the tournament for commercial purposes, without concent of the organizers.

## Prizes and Awards
- Champion - 10,000
- Runner up - 5,000
- 3rd Place - 3,000
- 4th Place - 2,000
- Plus Consolation Prizes

## Preliminaries
- All participants will do a speed run of High Ranking Mission
- Mission: The Abyss Stares Back
- The fastest 8 participants will move to an 8 man bracket tournament

## Quarterfinals

### Face Off
- Hunters will be paired up randomly
The pair will be in a same Lobby and will take mission Ruckus in the Ruins
- hunters will then choose who to slay individually
- if hunters decide to slay the same monster, then it will be decided by whoever first hits the monster
- whoever hits the monster first will gain ownership of that monster on that round, the other hunter will be forced to hunt the other monster
- winner will be the first one to hunt their monster (capture or slain)
- Winners of this round will move to the winners bracket
- Losers will be moved to the losers bracket

### Winners Bracket
- Participants will be match together on an one on one basis
- Match up will be done randomly
- The pair will be in a same Lobby and will take mission Master Utsushi's Challenge Part 5 (Anjanath + Tigrex)
- hunters will then choose who to slay individually
- if hunters decide to slay the same monster, then it will be decided by whoever first hits the monster
- whoever hits the monster first will gain ownership of that monster on that round, the other hunter will be forced to hunt the other monster
- winner will be the first one to hunt their monster (capture or slain)
- Winners of this bracket will be advance to the Semi-Finals
- Losers will move to the Loser's Bracket Round 2

### Losers Bracket
- Participants will be match together on an one on one basis
- Match up will be done randomly
- The pair will be in a same Lobby and will take mission Master Utsushi's Challenge Part 5 (Anjanath + Tigrex)
- hunters will then choose who to slay individually
- if hunters decide to slay the same monster, then it will be decided by whoever first hits the monster
- whoever hits the monster first will gain ownership of that monster on that round, the other hunter will be forced to hunt the other monster
- winner will be the first one to hunt their monster (capture or slain)
- Winners of this bracket will be advance to the Losers Bracket Round 2
- Losers be eliminated

## Finals Day

### Losers Bracket Round 2
- Participants will be match together on an one on one basis
- Match up will be done randomly
- The pair will be in a same Lobby and will take mission Advanced: Dual Calamities (Magnamalo + Bazelguese)
- hunters will then choose who to slay individually
- if hunters decide to slay the same monster, then it will be decided by whoever first hits the monster
- whoever hits the monster first will gain ownership of that monster on that round, the other hunter will be forced to hunt the other monster
- winner will be the first one to hunt their monster (capture or slain)
- Winners of this bracket will be advance to the Semi Finals
- Losers be eliminated

### Semifinals
- Participants will be match together on an one on one basis
- Match up will be done randomly
- The pair will be in a same Lobby and will take mission Advanced: Of Storm and Fire (Kusha Daora + Teostra)
- hunters will then choose who to slay individually
- if hunters decide to slay the same monster, then it will be decided by whoever first hits the monster
- whoever hits the monster first will gain ownership of that monster on that round, the other hunter will be forced to hunt the other monster
- winner will be the first one to hunt their monster (capture or slain)
- Winners of this bracket will be advance to the Semi Finals
- Losers be eliminated

### Finals
- Finalist will hunt Valstrax
- The hunter who hunts Valstrax with shorter amount of time will be the Champion
