# MISC NOTES
* 気持ち prefixes a feeling with adjectives like いい for good and わるい for bad e.g. 気持ちいい
* 気持ちいい/気持ち悪い is a contraction of 気持ちがいい/気持ちが悪い with the subject particle omitted
* 気持ち悪い is contracted to きもい in casual text/speech
* `wa` as a grammer particle is written as は (`ha`) as in こんにちは
* `wa` is used to mark topics, が(`ga`) is used to mark the subject
* ね(`ne`) and よ(`yo`) are both assertions with よ being more confident, and ね seeking agreement
* じゃありません(`jyarimasen` is a more formal way to say じゃないです(`jyanaidesu`)
* generally, ない is a contraction of ありません (e.g. 車がありません -> 車がない)
* Appending a か(`ka`) turns something into a question
* Put time qualifiers like at the beginning of a sentence
* Structure is subject -> object -> verb
* の(`no`) as in noun1のnoun2 is used to qualify noun2 with noun1 e.g., 日本語の先生 にほんごのせんせい a teacher of the japanese language
