# Brian Exit Interview ### Exit Interview Questions #### 1. Why are you leaving? (Why did you start looking for another job?) As we are mainly doing software recruiting and I am more familiar in semidonductors so I transferred back to what I used to do. #### 2. What could we have done to keep you here? No. #### 3. Were you comfortable talking to your manager? Yes. #### 4a. What things could your manager have done better? Maybe spend more time with us. #### 4b. What things did your manager do well? Communication and we are open to talk to her. #### 4c. What things could your CEO have done better? Did well? I think the way he try to being engineering to recruitment is good. #### 4d. What things could your peers have done better? Did well? They are all very supportive, when I am away, they are willing to share information with me when I return and always offer helping helps. #### 4e. (If applicable) What things could your subordinates have done better? Did well? #### 5. What would you change about the company right now? Since we lost a lot of people and all the BD team members, we really don't have the banfwidth to BD more clients and bringing more godo quality jobs. I think if we can have more manpower probably will help. #### 6. What is the company doing well? I think what we are doing well is that we focus on continuous improvements, even though it is very painful but by doing that we can feel like we are reaching something. #### 7. How would you describe the company's culture? We are a company that people care about each other and we like working together to find a new way to help each one grow, so it has a really strong sharing culture here. #### 8. Did you feel like a valuable part of the company? Yes. #### 9. What would you change about your job: Are there any strengths you have that we didn't take full advantage of (that you'd have wanted us to)? Just the industry but I know it's not something that we can change in short term. #### 10. Did you feel that you had something more to contribute in leadership and was unable to? No. #### 11. What is the single largest thing we should do to increase morale for as many people as possible? Communication, sometimes when Edwin wants to implement new policy or new operational systems he can be really quick but everyone just cannot follow because we just don't understand it. #### 12. Do you have any other issues or comments you'd like to address? No. #### 13. Would you ever consider returning to this Company? (If yes, under what circumstances?) Yes, if I find myself finally know how to work with software engineer. #### 14. Is there anything I can offer you to stay?
