Going on leave and moving family overseas Changing career path, taking an online program for 6 mths to learn to become a software engineer. #### 2. What could we have done to keep you here? If we have a junior software developer position. #### 3. Were you comfortable talking to your manager? Yes. #### 4a. What things could your manager have done better? Can't think of anything. #### 4b. What things did your manager do well? She is reachable and approachable. #### 4c. What things could your CEO have done better? Did well? He is a very data-driven person but I think sometimes he is too rigid. If he could be more flexible I think that would be great. #### 4d. What things could your peers have done better? Did well? They are all very good and very active, whenever I have questions, everyone is happy to help. #### 4e. (If applicable) What things could your subordinates have done better? Did well? #### 5. What would you change about the company right now? Focus more on recruitment/billings instead of all other non-rec things, I am not sure what they are so determined to do the strategy part (e.g. all the manager/issues meetings), I think it will be more efficient if everyone is doing cases. #### 6. What is the company doing well? The learning environment is good and we have engineers, so we are really familiar with the technical parts and easier for us to recognise what kind of people client wants. #### 7. How would you describe the company's culture? Data-driven and culture of improvement. #### 8. Did you feel like a valuable part of the company? Not sure, I think yes? #### 9. Nothing, I enjoyed the work distributed to me and I think I do it well so I think it's all good. #### 10. Did you feel that you had something more to contribute in leadership and was unable to? No, not yet. #### 11. What is the single largest thing we should do to increase morale for as many people as possible? Be more flexible in terms of how we do things, not only following all the rules. #### 12. Do you have any other issues or comments you'd like to address? I want to share that I've worked here for more than 1.5 yrs and I've enjoyed my time here and value the things I learned here. I also enjoyed working with Caroline and Edwin, I feel that they are really determined and have great mentality, so I hope in the future they could carry on and I will also try to learn their mentality. #### 13.
