# FAQ
## I lost my fund while sending tokens cross-chain, what should I do?
We only aggregate non-custodial bridges so you won't ever lose your fund. You have the full-control out of your fund if you still have access to your wallet. The fund might be still locked on the bridge (which means you need to claim it thru our UI) or failed to transfer (which means you need to go thru our refund process thru UI). Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
## How can I claim my fund out of the bridge?
1. open tx history panel on the upper right corner

2. The tx should appear in the panel. If yes, please click on finish button. If not, please contact us

3. After you click "finish" button, a metamask window will pop-up (if not, open metamask). It will prompt you to "sign" the message. Click "sign"

4. It will take roughly 10 - 30 secs to "claim" your fund out of the bridge. After that is done, switch network to the destination chain in metamask and check if you receive the fund. Or a better way, check the wallet page on swing and you should be able to see all your fund on multiple chains at once.
## What if I need to go thru refund?
We are still working on the refund process. If you couldn't find your tx in the transaction history, please contact us. The refund UI will be ready by Feb 11th.
