# Frozen Nodes Dear Node Operators, The Bee Team is continuously working towards improving the performance and stability of the network, and in order to achieve this goal, we would like to request your assistance. We have noticed that some nodes on the network have been experiencing freezing issues and to better understand the root cause of these issues, we would like to request that you share your logs with us if you have encountered this problem (frozen node). Having access to these logs would allow us to better diagnose and mitigate these issues, thereby improving the overall performance of the network. Please follow the guidelines below to find your logs. **[For Mac](https://docs.ethswarm.org/docs/working-with-bee/logs-and-files/#macos)** 1. Head over to "Node Error/Node Ok" Button in Swarm Desktop. 2. Open "Connection to Bee API" or "Connection to Bee Debug API" depending on your network. 3. Click on "Troubleshoot" and scroll down to Item 3 to check the location of the log file. **For Linux** 1. Open the CLI. 2. Run `sudo journalctl --unit bee > logs.txt` To share your logs with us, please send them to **haseeb@ethswarm.org** or [insert channel name here]. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your assistance and support. Best regards, Bee Team
