# SwarmPAL Contributory Projects
Toolbox codes need a place to live where they can mutually benefit (from shared modules; from centralised maintenance; from cohesion due to proximity). Why not make them part of one package, **SwarmPAL**?
There are several projects related to the overlapping toolbox & notebooks concepts:
- Concluded:
- [SwarmFACE](https://notebooks.vires.services/notebooks/07e1_sw-swarmface) - could pull out bits of it into SwarmPAL to make more sustainable, with the notebooks as an in-depth documentation & use case - [check this workshop report for others related](https://eo4society.esa.int/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/swarm_report_211112.pdf)
- Current:
- TFA
- DSECS
- Future:
- MVA (ITT 4.2)
- ULF
There are many other projects which might also benefit from inclusion. And other ideas to draw from the literature (i.e. analyses/visualisations that have been published). Some particular ones which could be compatible:
- Poynting flux https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-020-20450-3
- Swarm-VIP
- Ionospheric turbulence indices https://github.com/pignalberi/TITIPy
- ionospheric bubble probablity (model derived from bubble index from CHAMP & Swarm) https://git.gfz-potsdam.de/rother/ibp-model/-/tree/review/ - now new version at https://igit.iap-kborn.de/iw01/ibp-model/
