### Preamble
> To properly charge offenses and to enforce the law properly and with their prequisuites, and to stop possible abuse with the power of arrest and further complications, I sushiodevs hereby interdouce the Criminal Code of New Fairland.

## ARTICLE OF SYSTEM OF THE CRIMINAL CODE
### RIGHTS OF OFFENDERS
No person shall be treated unfairly, unjust, deprived of life, liberty, or property without going through the process of the law.
All persons who will be interrogated, or be charged with an offence shall be read their miranda rights, which is the following:
> You have the **right to remain silent**.
> **Whatever you say**, **can** **and** **will** **be** **used against you** **in** **a court of law**.
> You have **the right to an attorney/lawyer**.
> **If you cannot afford an attorney/lawyer**, **one can and will be appointed to you.**
> Do you understand your rights I have just said to you?
> With your rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me?
All offenders has the right to remain silent,
All offenders have the right to know that all words they speak can and will be used against them in a court of law.
All offenders has the right to an attorney or lawyer, and if they cannot afford one, they can have one appointed to them for their defense.
### Interpretation
Law Enforcement Agent: A subject or officer infused with power to enforce the law, has the authority to preform Power of Arrest, etc.
Law Enforcement Agency: A group infused with power to enforce the law and to enforce regional orders, etc.
Legislative Assembly/Group: A group of people who vote on bills/acts etc, and those who create laws. The Legislative Assembly must have 1 Lead Member of Assembly, and have a representative from New Fairland.
Offence: A criminal act which is enforced, such as murder, false imprisionment, treason, etc.
### Ammending of the Criminal Code of New Fairland
The Ammeding of the Criminal Code of New Fairland shall be authorized by the following:
- By order of His Majesty of New Fairland
- Council, Committies and or groups infused with legislative power, with a 2/3 vote of said legislative assembly
- By order of His Head of State and Lord Protector with a good reason
The following can be nullified and vetoed with the exception for His Majesty by the following:
- By order of His Majesty of New Fairland
- By order of His Head of State and Lord Protector with a good reason
### Enforcement of the Criminal Code of New Fairland
The enforcement of the Criminal Code of New Fairland shall be as follows:
- If said offense was criminalized by legislative power such as a bill and with a majority vote of said legislative assembly:
A section designated for enforcement of said bill will take effect with the bill.
- Normal Criminal Offenses shall be enforced by Law Enforcement Agencies
Such as:
Military Police
Local Law Enforcement
Federal Law Enforcement
Et cetera.
- Groups infused with power to enforce the Criminal Code or a multiple or a single offence itself.
## SECTION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE STATE

- Alternative Punishment administered by the Royal Family, and the Head of State

### S1.1: Scam and Fraud against the State
Scam and Fraud against the State shall be defined as:
(a). Developers or Roblox Buisness men/women who claims other peoples work as their own and was hired by the State, and with pay
### S1.2: Treason
Treason against the state shall be defined as:
(a). Those who imposed war against New Fairland
(b). Adhering to enemies of the state, and giving the enemies aid and comfort
(c). An extreme attempt to overthrow the Royal Family and His Majesty's Government
### S1.3: Insurrection and Sedition
Insurrection and Sedition against the State shall be defined as:
(a). The act of intentional and unintentional incitement to levy a rebellion against the Royal Family or the Government
(b). The act of attempting to or succeeding in a unlawful seizure of power from the State.
(c). An attempt, or a success to overthrow the government or the Royal Family
(d) The violent, unlawful seizure of government facilities, buildings, institutions, etc. shall also qualify as Insurrection.
### S1.4: Espionage
Espionage against the State shall be defined as:
(a). Aiding a group with unlawfully accessed classified information from New Fairland
(b). Gaining a Position in New Fairland with access to information which are classified, and can pose a threat to New Fairland, and with intentions to share said information to a group or the public

Terrorisim against the State shall be defined as:

## SECTION 2: CRIMES AGAINST ORDER
### S2.1: False Imprisonment
False Imprisionment shall be defined as:
(a). Those with Power of Arrest intentionally placing a person under arrest for no exact reason and without proof
(b). Those with Power of Arrest framing another to cover up for someone or for themselves
(c). Planting inadmissable evidence on someone for an arrest
### S2.2: Obstruction of Justice
Obstruction of Justice shall be defined as:
(a). The act of interfering or hindering Law Enforcement Agents/Officers from preforming their duties
(b). The act of interfering or hindering with those whose purpose is to see that justice is preformed and executed, such as judges, government officials with their duties.
### S2.3: Contempt of Court
Contempt of Court shall be defined as:
(a). The act of disrupting, obstructing, or causing interference in a Court Session or with processes or obstructing the Administration of Judiciary.
