# User interview *User interview is only a hint, not an answer. *The goal is to get an objective viewpoint from sample users. ## 1. Points ### 1. Finding gaps in problems -> To objectively evaluate the problems we assumed, we compare with the problems that potential users actually feel. Ex.) - Hypothetical problem #1: Digital wallet is not secured enough - The security is not transparent - Hypothetical problem #2: Using digital wallet is pricy - Creating a new wallet costs ### 2. Finding validity in our solutions -> Obtaining objective opinions on the solution we are trying to provide through our products - Solution idea #1: ---- - Solution idea #2: ---- --- ## 2. Interview process Ex. 1. Topic 1: Understanding what problems and concerns users actually have with similar products based on their usage and their daily life situations. - How do you manage your cryptocurrency? Do you use any digital wallet app? - If yes, which one do you use and what brought you to use it? - Do you feel any difficulty or concern in using the product? - If no, what is the reason behind not to use digital wallet app? - Do you have any obstacles to using digital wallet app? 2. Topic 2: Explaning our solution in idea/prototype, and see if it gets the intended response from the user. - Explain the problems that we assumed and how we are trying to solve the problems - Demonstrate rough prototype --- ## 3.
