# Action flow: How we approach users

## Purpose of the Action Flow:
The Action Flow is a way to understand the current state of the experience/measure you want to improve by putting yourself in the shoes of the user.

## What is this for?:
A method to objectively grasp the current situation in order to find issues

## Point:
The point is to grasp the feelings and actions of "from the present to the goal" by writing the flow in detail.

## How to write:
It is good to make a hypothesis by yourself. It is best to grasp the issue objectively through interviews.
1. Set what you want to research + goal
2. Write down the flow of thoughts and actions in as much detail as possible (if possible, divide them into phases).
3. Put down the specifics of each flow.
4. Write what you want each flow to do operationally

(Ex.)
#### 1. Recognition
How the users recognize our product?　(= How will we promote our product?)
- Social media(TW/IG/FB/YT/Blog etc)
- Offline events

#### 2. Interest
How do the users feel about the product? (= How will we make our product more interest users?)
- Navigate product page to introduce our product and have them compare to similar products
- Create an short video to introduce our product

#### 3. Consideration
How will the users benefit from our product? (=What is the deciding factor to use our product?)
- More reasonable price(fee) than competitors
- Usability(easy to use/accessible)
- Trustworthy(secure/safe)

#### 4. Goal
What action by the user is the goal?
- Subscribe membership
- Create an account
- Download an app

Ex.
Recognition
- I am interested in crypto currency
- I want to have secure digital wallet
- I search "wallet secure desktop app"
- I find a tweet mentioned Meson Wallet

Interest
- Read the tweet and oppen the product page
- Check the funtions, specs and price
- See demo video/screenshots/web version to briefly know the UI

Consideration
- Compare to other wallets
- If the funxtions are almost same as others, the priority will be usability
- If the strength stands out from competiters, they will decide to use our product
