Marketing

* Promote with tweets and flyers (later is supplied by Design team)
* Attract and motivate more people across the vast Opensource land to collaborate
DEI/Mentor Project Lead

* Assist and Govern the high level of the event
* Maybe help us some budget which can help with DEI certification courses (later reimbursable)
* Tracks of the event
* Leads the review of talk proposals alongside the review board if any is formed in later time
* Maintain CoC and stakeholdership of cross functional teams
Engineering teams

* Layout onboarding guides in as clear english as possible
* Nominate a guy who is willing to mentor and share their views on the years they have done so and the feedback there after
* TTT (train the trainer), building the next gen trainers is an important part of the contributor flywheel, which means, getting the current gen mentors to teach and impart some exp to the upcming contributors.
CommOps/Join

* Funnel new joinees to teams which are able to onboard better
* Seeing which teams has helped with a typical contributor grow and move to other parts of Fedora ie retention period
* Commops to motivates advocates and ambassadors to promote this in Release Parties and other socials where new people lurk usually
