Technical Meetings with FACG Graduates: === ## What: This is how I describe my thoughtful feelings about the coding Academy Graduates Technical Meetings this week. I have met 3 Graduates -whom I will be listing below- for a JavaScript - React.js Developer, as someone who would possibly be close to an **[Immediate Experienced Developer](https://www.headwaynews.org/the-difference-between-a-junior-intermediate-senior-developer/)** --- ## Details: - **Ahmed Shatat - FACG4 (I believe):** -- _Personality:_ He was terrified about it. Maybe having Experimental Interview Sessions. -- _Experience:_ I found that he didn't actually invest what he learnt from the FACG3 Code Academy in real projects, I remember _none_ as totall Living Projects where he contributed, it will be really careful if someone gave him good advices about Securing Jobs. -- _Technically:_ He was not providing the answers to may be possibly simple questions about the stack mentioned above. - **Samar Al-Jazzar - FACG3:** -- _Personality:_ She didn't seem to have much care about how things should be described in an answer to a question while interviewing for a job. -- _Experience:_ She showed that she got two Roles with two different Employers for Living Projects where she contributed, which should have reflected in an obvious way on how much knowledge she gained. -- _Technically:_ The problems with her -mostly correct- answers that she showed I-Don't-Know-Why that answer is correct. - **Akram Badah - FACG1:** -- _Personality:_ He looked way too confident, in a bad way to some of the attendance in the interview, to me, it felt a little bit more that he was nervous and, that he is closer to be a Low on Controlling how NNervousness Reflects at his Body Language. -- _Experience:_ He mentioned lots of tools within the answers to the interview questions, tools that he have used and experienced working with, which was the closest match to what we actually need for this role, he was explicitly showing what he is got. -- _Technically:_ I would give a rating 8/10, the missing TWO will be for this: lesser> knowledge of the naming of the the Approaches, Techniques and Tools that he has been using >than it should. some answers needed to sound smarter while described, this is a soft skill, which is very technical related.
