1. filled in the `Login-> I already use status` section with tests. Also removed the ones that belong to other sections, so some key achievements:

- moved a buch of tests from the parent login folder, there were a lot of weird tests and duplicates
- removed a lot as well
- updated https://ethstatus.testrail.net/index.php?/cases/view/700292
- added https://ethstatus.testrail.net/index.php?/cases/view/702388
- renamed the whole section to Signup and Login to match the designs

2. added new section `Profile -> Back up seed phrase`
