Introduction

Welcome to the State of Atlas! The State of Atlas is a whitelisted ROBLOX roleplay community. We uplift our members to high standards to ensure the highest quality roleplay.

This document consists of everything you need to know. This should serve as an ultimate guide to members of the community. You will be notified in the Discord server shall contents within this SOP be added, edited or deleted.

All information in this document can also be found through tags. You can run ?tags to see a list of all available tags. You can also see the tag name at the beginning of each section throughout this document.

This guide is the best way to receive the most up-to-date and reliant information about State of Atlas. Community leaders are constantly updating this to keep you informed.

Community Moderation

All members are subject to obide by the Policies & Guidelines. Please have a general knowledge of these matters.

The State of Atlas is truly committed to providing high quality moderation. To ensure we maintain our goals, we must enforce our policies and guidelines. Upon violating any rule, you will receive a strike. We will use Dyno to keep track of strikes and disciplinary action. Our moderation team can only distribute strikes to users that violate our guidelines.

Unless stated in the strike reason, all strikes are eligble to be appealed for. You can take the Moderation Appeal Form to appeal for all strikes, mutes, bans and blacklists. To ensure the fairness of all players, appeals are to be dealt with by Administrators only.

You can take the User Complaint Form to file a complaint against any other citizen of the community; regardless of their rank or position.

CAD/MDT System

The State of Atlas will utilize Sonoran for our CAD/MDT system. All members need to know how to use Sonoran CAD upon applying for citizenship. Please review the CAD/MDT Guidelines here.

CAD Tutorial

(Optional) Download the Sonoran CAD app. This is not required however is recommended for easier use. Visit https://info.sonorancad.com/downloads to download.
Create an account with Sonoran CAD. Your username must be set to your Roblox username or you will be kicked from the CAD. Please be aware that you will have to verify your email to be able to use this CAD.
Use code LSCRP0 to join our community. Once you have joined our community, you will need a permission key to access the Civilian module. The permission key for that is Civilian. (We are currently sharing a CAD with another community.)
Enter the civilian module and create a character. Set the civilian photo to your Roblox headshot. The character that you enter will be considered your main character.

Character Restrictions

While operating within the CAD, you can create more than one character. You can have up to 100 characters. When applying for different whitelisted departments, they will ask you for your roleplay name. You are allowed to chose different characters for different department if you wish, or you can use the same character for everything. However, be sure that you always follow the nickname structure for each department if you join their Discord server.

Upon creating your charcter and uploading your civilian photo, it is required that you use your Roblox headshot. To do so, go to the Roblox homepage and right click your avatar From here, you will see an option to Copy Image Address or Copy Image Link. You will want to get the link and then paste it into the corresponding field in the CAD.

Community Meetings

At anytime, a Council member can call for a community-wide meeting. This meeting may be called for any reason that they may deem fit. Members are required to attend meetings. A flexible time will be taken into consideration when scheduling meetings. In the event that you absolutely can not attend a meeting, you are to fill out an absent memo form.

Google Drive

Google Drive is a file storage and synchronization service developed by Google. Google Drive allows users to store files in the cloud, synchronize files across devices, and share files. The State of Atlas uses Google Drive extensively. There is an entire folder named State of Atlas that contains all files and documents related to the State of Atlas. Depending on what ranks you hold and the departments you are in, there may be certain subfolders that you can/can not see. There is a folder for each department within the State of Atlas. All citizens are added to this folder after applying for citizenship.

Whitelisted Departments

There are several whitelisted departments throughout the State of Atlas. You can find a link to all Discord servers by running ?departments. Each Discord server has restricted full-access permission to it's employees. However, each department has a section on our website. Whitelisted departments can be ran by anyone, regardless of rank.
