* Colin: Busy trying to arrange a Carpentries workshop next month, having issues with room bookings being changed on me and need to write some course content.
* Gaurav: Just finished with Carpentries workshop at Oxford; I was in the organising team and served as a helper
* James: fine, dodgy shoulder. Working on new team management and low power polar platform developments. Always after more time and less admin!

## 4. Closing - 5 min [15:55 - 16:00]
### Important financial deadlines
* The deadline for submitting new Funding Requests has now passed.
* **31 March:** last day you can use your Fellows funds.
* **30 April:** last day you can upload a claim for an event that was approved in lowFAT (not including CW24).
* **17 May:** Final deadline to submit all expense claims for CW24.
* As the SSI grant closes at the end of May, it will not be possible to process any expense claims received after this date.
* **Please remember that all expense claims must be submitted within 3 months of the event to which they correspond.**
* All claims for expenses incurred before 13th December 2023 should now have been submitted.
* Submission deadlines for remaining expense claims are below:
* **December 2023** - the deadline for your claim is March 2024, and no later than 3 months to the day from the date when the expense was incurred (see note below).
* **January 2024** - the deadline for your claim is April 2024, and no later than 3 months to the day from the date when the expense was incurred (see note below).
* **February and March 2024** - the deadline for your claim is 30th April 2024.
* **Note:** Expenses should be submitted no later than the corresponding day of the month in the deadline month, e.g. if you incurred expenses on the 15th of a month, your claim should be submitted no later than the 15th of the corresponding month. It will have exceeded the 3-month policy if it is submitted after that time (e.g. expenses claimed on 15th December should be claimed by 15th March, and will be late if received on 16th March).
**No expenses incurred after 31 March 2024 can be claimed from your Fellowship funds or the communal pot, with the exception of CW24-related expenses.**
### Next call: TBC
* We probably won't have another call until after CW24 - possibly in late May, just before the end of SSI-3. Keep an eye on your email / Slack for a poll to find a date.
