Lee Jung-hoo hits 10 consecutive games with multi hits

Lee Jung-hoo started the 2024 U.S. Major League Baseball's MLB Arizona Diamondbacks home game at Oracle Park in San Francisco, California, on the 19th (Korea time) and played 2 hits and 1 run in 4 at-bats.
Lee's batting average for the season rose from 0.270 to 0.282 (22 hits in 78 times at bat).
Lee Jung-hoo, who was the leadoff hitter in the bottom of the first inning, touched Arizona right-handed starting line Nelson's second pitch of 134 kilometers per hour changeup.
The ball rolled slowly towards shortstop Jayce Peterson, and Lee Jung-hoo reached first base with his signature fast feet. Peterson couldn't even attempt to throw.
Lee Jung-hoo's hit streak, which started against the San Diego Padres on the 8th with his first at-bat infield hit, has increased to the 10th game.
Lee Jung-hoo is the third Korean big leaguer to hit 10 consecutive games in the MLB debut season, following Kang Jung-ho (then Pittsburgh Pirates) in 2015 and Kim Hyun-soo (then Baltimore Orioles) in 2016.
Both Kang Jung-ho and Kim Hyun-soo failed to hit in 11 consecutive games in their MLB debut season.
If Lee Jung-hoo continues his hit streak against Arizona on the 20th, a new record of hits in consecutive games in the Korean MLB debut season will be created.
Lee Jung-hoo also made an infield single in his second at-bat.
In the third inning with one out and second base, Lee Jung-hoo hit left-handed pitcher Logan Allen's sinker of 146km/h.
A fastball of 166.4 kilometers per hour deflected off pitcher Allen's glove and headed for shortstop Peterson. As irregular boundaries occurred, Peterson spilled the ball between his legs.
The recorder recorded the hit as an 'inner hit'.
Lee Jung-hoo achieved his second consecutive multi-hits and seventh multi-hits this season.
After Lee Jung-hoo's infield hit continued the opportunity with one out and runners on first and third, San Francisco scored the first run with LaMonte Wade Jr.'s sacrifice fly to center field.
On this day, Lee Jung-hoo failed to make his first three-hit game in the MLB.

San Francisco defeated Arizona 5-0.
Webb earned his second win (one loss) of the season with two hits and five strikeouts in seven innings.
