Hello Pope here will try to take account as many things as possible but i won t go into deep analysis of country mby focus more in diplo and their stance in word. And future of said country should the course stay the same. (I lost my sanity while writting this if u find it pls dm it back to me ur Pope)
PS: this is not the final version if u don t like something tell me and i will improve it.

# Europe
## S Tier
### France
Strongest nation in Western europe and incarnation of Frenchies wet dream only one who could opose him is his ally england making france unopposed in western europe and he truly looks like it with highest dev in the game. Little bit low on manpower and behind on tech and has full states and behind on ideas so still has a lot of work to make his nation true power to be reckoned with. France is strong and with sharing dynasty with england surely helps with diplomatic relations. But we shouldn t forget how last English claim on throne ended up for france 116 year war cough cough it would be a great tragedy if we would see another conflict like this again. But hopefully neither branch of Lancaster dynasty seems to be dying out so there will probably be lasting alliance between both branches. Is also allied with Papal states having suport from the Papacy sure helps his diplomatic interests in the empire. And the last ally Moroco safeguards south and seas. With such safe and stable west he will probably bring prosperity to everyone, if he keeps his promises to german princes europe may be prosperous . Currently in a quick war to subdue the Holand should be a quick onslaught of French military.

### ULM
If Ulm awakens the entire europe is in threat of TOTAL ULMINATION. But Ulm still slumbers and slowly grows we might see peacefull ulm and if Poland and his puppet stops invading HRE even Peacefull HRE.
### Portugal
Showing americas that white ppl are nice and is the nicest european helping others and trying to make aztecs abandon their murderous tradition Rly cool dude would SS tier if i could. POPE aproved boi
## A tier
### England
Like France behind on tech and ideas but if he suceeds in the conquest of Holand he will become the STONKMAN of europe. Currently not at the height of power but his ambitions are great with little to no opposition and in near future after the Holand issue is solved will start colonizing and probably become the richest guy in europe which he isn t very far from. And with almost all colonizers gone if he manages to defeat aztects his rule over america will be unopposed. Currently in a war and losing some ducats because being over forcelimit but won t have any money issues post war.
His diplomatic position isn t also bad allied with France makes him safe to focus on his colonial ventures.
### Muscovy
Muscovy not in the best of situations but without a threat make him able to consolidate Muscovy into powerhouse eventualy. Will be and is facing massive mana issue will need a lot of time to make himself a powerhouse and real force to be reckoned with. Behind on techs and ideas probably won t get much better in near future. But when he forms russia he shall be the true ruler of east. Probably won t hear from him and about him for next session. Current manpower isn t that good. Allied to Livonia Poland Georgia good Russian hugbox.
### Paypal states
Well i prayed and diploed my way to A tier Having 6th highest dev in europe and 4th highest income in europe so it should be no surprise to show up as one of the major european players. Currently i stand in strong position being well economicly and manpower wise as i said behind on tech and ideas but that shouldn t be an issue because after all those years i finaly have a capable pope. So the mana tech and idea should improve diplomaticly standing in excelent position Hugboxing with Mamluks and France and Italy bros. Still trying to grasp holy land through diplomatic means. But the future of Papacy might not be as bright as one may think. With reformation menace creeping ever closer, Papal state might soon stand alone against satans pawn encroaching against the light of catholicism and souls of many Germans and Italian alike. But currently the head of church rules over a prosperous kingdom of god. We may have to yet to see if Papacy wins the conflict for souls of europe.
## B Tier
### Poland
U may ask: How did the 4th bigest nation ended up in B tier? Well noobhac is a powermongerer that has 0 respect for anyone and anything. His military provess is almost unrivaled yet it seems he got himself into a quite of pickle here. Manpower non existent only 16k troops on field 2k loans and only allied to Georgia and Muscovy. Country is stable but Poland has made many enemies along the way and now is overextended and exposed . It would be foolish to think people wouldn t use such oppurtinity against him. Especialy when Bohemia and Brandenburg thirst for their own cores. Allies of Poland are Georgia which is in a middle of a war and Muscovy which has a lot of stuff to take care of as stated above. Current Polish situation can go two ways: A: Poland won t have to fight a war and consolidates if that would happen we could see him becoming S tier in next session and be a worthy rival of France and ULM. B: Poland will fight Brandenburg and Bohemia trying to grasp their chance for survival and long term prosperity. Well the most ironic thing about all of this is that Poland is like 3rd Reich overextended and egoistic we shall see if there will be victory for noobhac or there will be Kings LANDED squash.
PS: Noobhac atleast has completed Quality ideas which might come in rly handy if Germanic princes show up and has +5 discipline from missions.
### Denmark
Denmark is rly weird not gonna lie behind in tech and ideas. Losing money paying off 4 corruption going exploration. Has 0 allies and Pu in Norway probably planning to colonize. Pope in his endless wisdom has no idea what this Denmark is doing and planning if he is gonna just colonize i m going to be dissapointed. Also has curia control and does nothing with it and is spamming more Papal influence into curia control. (Pope doesn t like it!)
### Milan
Milan is in a decent spot makes a quite a lot of money has a lot of manpower unlike many other countries. Doing pretty well in tech compared to other euros. Saving up papal influence probably for stability realy wise move on his side bcs republics stab. is rly expensive. Only issue he has is that he is boxed in by his neighbours. Also might purchase sardinia from Morocco. There isn t much to say except he is fulfiling his goals of surviving. Milan is stable and isn t threatened by anyone but doesn t have ways to expand. Compared to Germanic Princess he is stronger than them.
### Venice
And another STONKBOI compared to milan has a lot of issues not existing manpower and armies behind on admin tech and ideas paying off corruption... But makes a lot of money through trade almost 22 ducats! Probably planning on eating balkans. Has a lot of potential but bad management but hey is a new player and Venice to play is F agony. But is allied to other italians so is safe and no one will kill him. Also lost some provinces to rebels before big facepalm ask other ppl for help with rebels if u can.
## C Tier
### Germanic princes
The situation of germanic princess is very similar to each other fl between 15-20. Also slightly behind on tech and ideas. Brandenburg has a lot of manpower unlike everyone else. Brandenburg is allied to Cologne, Sweden(is a ai and not doing that well), and Bohemia while Bohemia is only allied to BB. And southern princess Swiss and Ulm are allied to Northern Italians and to each other. Germanic princess are well economicly (except bohemia which has 700 ducats in loans). Brandenburg should also consolidate regiments he is losing a ducat a month for no reason! i Would rank german princes to each other like

Making some nice money probably planning to exile finaly got his first colony and is sending his entire army to MURICA. His Conquistadors will hunt for 7 seven cities lets see if they will find anything or is it just rumours? Allied to England won t share Hollands fate

### Mamluks
Mamluks the strongest nation in Africa is slightly behind on tech but doing rly well in terms of ideas. Their income is rly good. and is the powerhouse of africa he crushed Ethiopia and Ottomans with Merciless efficiency and now rules unopossed from anatolia to Ethiopia Arabian minors being only a meaningless pest he brings into his fold. He is allied to Papal states, Morocco safeguarding his interests in Mediterenean and Timurids so he is protected from the east by The great sultan himself. He might fight two very interesting conflicts in the future one would be against Georgia both are interested in anatolia and shared interests may turn into a bloody conflict. And to his south lies Kilwa and their famed gold mines if he takes interest in the glitter there would be little that could oppose him. Mamluks are rly strong and safe.
### Morocco
Morocco another power house of africa. Decent economy and FL. Morocco watched as Kings in Iberia slaughtered themselves and marched in to secure the Heritage of Andalusia. Soon he might proclaim himself the sultan of Andalusia Title that helds great prestige from catholics and muslims alike. His future looks bright especially when allied to France and Mamluks leaving him in position of absolute safety. Morocco conquered isles of sardinia and malta which didn t earn him friendliness in italy but offered italians a deal they can t refuse for land they covet. Currently will conquer more land in Iberia but he may soon find himself boxed in by france and mamluks. Also an interesting note despite claiming the heritage of Al-Andulus his studied capabilities are lacking beying behind on tech and ideas.

The sultan of Kilwa from when he was a child loved gold above anything else. But his love for gold When he got older turned into obsession and to ensure his gold fueled dream he began to unite East africa with effectivity known only to the biggest of businesmens soon his dreams will be complete and he shall show us what he is planning with riches of africa. But what he enjoys in money he lacks in learning and ideas i wonder how he will tackle this issue.
### Songhai
His armies will have to fight many battles to unite west africa but his rival mali shall pose little oposition he simply won t be able to face Songhais elite troop rest of songhai administration is like from prehistoric ages but it matters little to them he will impose his will upon the people by armies in fields instead of bureaucrats and administrators.

Unlike Songhai has capable administrators and is planning expeditions to the lands to the west like their ancestors. But soon he will probably face Songhai troops and there is little chance of surviving such a tide in his current military condition.

Ridiculously behind on tech and fighting somewhat hard fight against ai might have time to consolidate but i don t see much future in it.

### Timurids
The richest of all nations by far the great sultan can fight massive war without having any money issues. And he has a court of the most studied persons making Rome pale in comparison. Yet still his capital doesn t reflect his power and richness a visitor would surely be surprised by the dissapointment that is his capital (23 dev). Despite it still the prestige of his nation are spoken far and wide And stories of his armies and their military prowess is spoken from Ireland to Nippon. His armies are endless as the seas and his treasures shines like starts upon a night. Despite such stories anyone who takes a closer look would realize that if some ambitius pirates would take interest in seas Timurids would be powerless. And his rule faces many opponets be it Uzbekian hordes in the north or Delhians and Mewarians united in their fear of such power or the Ottomans who seeked revenge for Bayezid I and the battle of Ankara. Yet it seems the armies of coalition are brutaly outclassed by Timurids counterpart and it seems its only of matter of time when Indians will kneel before the Peacock throne.

Story says a foolish king of Bahmanis have dabbled in sorceries and dark magics. For such actions he brought a fury of gods who punished him cruelly. THOU SHALL NOT SPEEKETH A WORD. And thats how the story of his ends of monarch punished by gods and mortal alike. Despite not being as powerfull as Timurids they are not less known and rule an empire great in size. Their court and libraries rival the Timurids one. Armies of bahmanis are not lacking in any way or form yet it seems they are lower on manpower that they would like. And bahmanians have not yet gained absolut control of their trade unlike the Timurids world shall look with great interest how bahmanis will react to the situation in north India where Mewars and Delhian armies are grinded into Dust. It would seem some consolidation is necesary Indian masses don t like their muslim overlord and will preffer to meet him with swords in fields.

### Bengal
Despite ruling over massive amounts of land and people Bengal finds it difficult to centralize the nation and is in constant conflict from within and outside. If he manages to finaly centralize and enforce his rulers over his lands he may become a 3rd great asian sultan yet that is mere dream for now. Technologicly they aren t behind and ideas aren t lacking and has an insane amount of army traditions 99.7! Currently Bengal is giant that can t defend himself if someone would capitalize on it he could weaken Bengal enough to watch the country tear itself apart!
### Delhi
Situation looks more desperate then Mewar still can hold behind mountain fort but is bleeding ducats with brutal speed and bankruptcy is inevitable but still expect him to put up a goodfight not being behind on tech and ideas also helps.
### Oirat
Is in very difficult situation almost all vasals rebelius non existent diplo tech doesn t also help and big rebels stacks run around. Running pretty big deficit and the war with Fire nation my get rly prolonged. Nation is not dead its horde after all rebels are just training dummies but still requires a good player that can handle this mess lets see what peli manages. Rly behind on diplo tech but might be just high level strat. Behind on ideas and slightly behind on admin tech. Oirat can still do rly well or just fall apart. Cmon do well peli i want to see Yuan!
### Hosokawa
Not joining on chinese insanity and stabilizing ur own country wise decision bcs u might just see china cripple it self into irelevancy and make way for the Great SHOGUNATE. Being behind on tech but atleast country is stable. Expecting great things from my czech brethern. Unlike his chinese brethren he isn t running deficit and is debt free.

The empire of water seeking to rule the asians waters looking pretty good decent tech good economy and unrivaled sea position. Going explo so can t wait for Majapahit australia.

### Mewar
Opposing the might of Timurids Mewar fights a desperate battle with little to no chance of victory but fear not everything is not the country is in good state and still have a lot of fighting spirit if the enemy will want to grind the war out u can probably hold ur own for a long time making Timmies and his ally make them PAY for every inch. Remember Saraghari and fight! Technology of Mewar is not great yet is not to be ashamed off and ideas especially military ones are decent. And lets not forget that he has a mountain fort and 6 shock general. Should accept some cultures free money.

Small country in asia suprised is a player like a majapahit would live peacefully at sea not much worth of interest.

Just managed to negotiate with great khan peace and can see to consolidating his nation unlike other chinese ppl he is not at risk of dying but - 3 stab is not the best. AND 30 CORRUPTION jeez this is not looking good seen worse (no i didn t). But tbh what do u expect fighting Kabian. Zheijang has probably learned its lesson opossing the might of the great Khan. Also loosing money and trying to pay of debts and still being in red. Zheijang dugged himself one nice big economical HOLE. And getting rid of minus stab will take forever taking account of corruption and religius unity.

Oofbek if Bahmanis ruler was cursed i don t want to know what gods do to this guy declaring NO-CB on Timmies while being 2 mil tech behind. And i heard he also announced it to Timmurids 2 years before dude srsly don t do drugs it s not good for u also consolidate ur regiments ur paying 8 ducats of month FOR NOTHING.

Well what can say behind on all techs except mill no CB-ing Oirat was not the brightest idea but the war is winnable no ideas and 0 manpower lets see how they grind against each other. Having 3 corruption also isn t great.
