Project Goals Team Plans

• Make triagebot do automated pings on the 2nd Monday and 3rd Monday reminding people to fill with updates with the deadline being the 3rd Friday. Flagship goals updates are important, and their TL;DR that goes straight into the blogpost is required: a dedicated final ping for these goals can also be done on the 3rd Wednesday.
• Do not ping if goals have had an update already. In addition, do not ping flagship goals if they've received the TL;DR comment already.
• Include in the ping a link to the instructions on how to report status as well as some details of what they currently have (e.g., "you have posted N comments this month but no TL;DR comment; the status is X% complete based on the checkboxes in your issue"). Also mention "Add a TL;DR comment to avoid further pings" for flagship goals. Also quickly mention the "Help needed" comment to fill the dedicated section in the blogpost.
• After a given period of time without updates, we can ping the project goals team in addition to the goal owners, so that this doesn't go unnoticed, and the team can check in with the owner directly.
