## Matters arising

* We have a number of Zoom talks, on the talk listing excel document I have added a notes column that specifies if someone is using Zoom
* One thing to consider with this is the configuration of Zoom across two rooms, it is possible to run concurrent meetings from one account, but requires another user joins and is allocated hosting rights, or we can just have 2 different zoom accounts in use streaming from the same youtube account
* Michal Zulcinski can now only do Tuesday, so Patricia Ternes has agreed to swap her Tuesday session with him, this is updated on all spreadsheets
* Zheng Wang has dropped out by Xiaoyang Sun will give his talk in his time slot
* Peyman Babakhani is showing unpublished results and wants the recording pausing, I'm investigating if this is possible today, it should be, and hopefully should be simple
* We had double booked the Open Research panel in the schedule, so day 2 currently starts at 11am rather than 10am, this is my mistake although i'm not sure how bad it would be to start a bit later
* It is possible to pause a live stream, just mute and turn off the camera!
* Tea's and coffees ordered for 9am and 2pm each day via internal catering

### Lunch menu

#### Chefs Choice Lunch
Min order of 5 x Chef's Choice 2-Course Lunch - Healthy, made from scratch, innovative lunch with a selection of 5 dishes chosen by the Chef + a selection of bread and oils + homemade cakes and fruit. 50% meat and 50% vegan unless requested differently.
Sample dishes include:
* Stuffed chicken roulade, spinach and sunflower seeds (GF)
* Chicken skewer – Cajun, Garlic & rosemary.
* Vegan stuffed mushrooms with Italian risotto. (V VE GF)
* Broccoli salad with curried cashew cream and cranberry. (V VE GF)
* Smoked tofu fingers in panko breadcrumbs with a chipotle mayo dip (V VE)
* Buffalo cauliflower bites (V VE GF)
* Mediterranean peppers with halloumi and truffle oil (V GF)
* Oriental salad with bean sprouts, peppers, chilli, coriander and lime. (V VE GF)
* Sweet potato Tex Mex salad, with red onion, plum tomato, bellato beans, lime, guacamole & tomato salad. (V VE GF)

* Turmeric roasted cauliflower & chickpea salad in a maple glaze. (V VE GF)
* House chopped salad, sweet potato, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion with a lemon and dill dressing. (V VE GF)

#### Deluxe Sandwich
Min order 5 x Deluxe Sandwich Lunch - includes sandwich served in ciabatta bread with deluxe fillings. A selection of 50% meat, 50% vegan/vegetarian sandwiches.

* Roast beef, horseradish cream and wild rocket.
* Rosemary roast chicken, basil pesto, roast red pepper, bistro salad.
* Smoked salmon, dill cream cheese, wild rocket.
* Ham hock, smoked applewood cheese, light garlic mayonnaise, bistro salad.
