### Lunch menu
#### Chefs Choice Lunch
Min order of 5 x Chef's Choice 2-Course Lunch - Healthy, made from scratch, innovative lunch with a selection of 5 dishes chosen by the Chef + a selection of bread and oils + homemade cakes and fruit. 50% meat and 50% vegan unless requested differently.
Sample dishes include:
* Stuffed chicken roulade, spinach and sunflower seeds (GF)
* Chicken skewer – Cajun, Garlic & rosemary.
* Vegan stuffed mushrooms with Italian risotto. (V VE GF)
* Broccoli salad with curried cashew cream and cranberry. (V VE GF)
* Smoked tofu fingers in panko breadcrumbs with a chipotle mayo dip (V VE)
* Buffalo cauliflower bites (V VE GF)
* Mediterranean peppers with halloumi and truffle oil (V GF)
* Oriental salad with bean sprouts, peppers, chilli, coriander and lime. (V VE GF)
* Sweet potato Tex Mex salad, with red onion, plum tomato, bellato beans, lime, guacamole & tomato salad. (V VE GF)
* Herb pasta with slow roasted tomato & sunflower seeds. (V VE)
* Turmeric roasted cauliflower & chickpea salad in a maple glaze. (V VE GF)
* House chopped salad, sweet potato, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion with a lemon and dill dressing. (V VE GF)

#### Deluxe Sandwich
Min order 5 x Deluxe Sandwich Lunch - includes sandwich served in ciabatta bread with deluxe fillings. A selection of 50% meat, 50% vegan/vegetarian sandwiches.
