We could discuss how to move forward ToC as well. - #### Theme updates #### Operations - 6 month reporting period. Karen has been working on it and will share a form to feed into programme & project updates. - Yesterday internal advisory board meeting which brought in feedback: - We need communications up and running in more visible way. Particular they want to see activity on social media [name=Kalle] :eyes: - Janine: we need to sort some background work - David: maybe we should include this as a point in our weekly catch-up so that directors can make suggestions what should be highlighted - How does the integration between Hub & co-directors is linking up? - Vision & strategy documents were good at what we will do but not what the expected outocmes are and what we want to achieve, David will take that up and - in the end there was some discussion on priorities. Directors have limited bandwith, what should the priorities be? Conversations with partners are very time consuming, do we want more funding or focus on working with pdras? - David saying we need to figure out what the directors want to prioritize actions but we need to be clear on how we split responsibilities - "we are the masters of our own destiny" ##### Health - asked to apply fo rsomething, talking to people in australia for some partnership?? - [name=Kalle] I didn't pick it up either - australia developing DT for health, Steve had chat with Hughe Wyat? south walte chief scientist officer to talk about what links could be - won BHF image competition - putting togetgher Isaac Newton meteing ##### Natural Environment - Tomorrow's stakeholder engagement workshops with NOC, BAS, Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT). takes place at churchhouse. Kirstine chairing, Chris is speaking- great opportunity to draw togther NDTP, TWINE, TRIC, DT Hub etc ##### Infrastructure * Chris Lyndsey submitted his thesis so now ready to get into Fellowship work. * Ziad and Chou Chou #### Hub * TEA bid submitting Thursday. Good letters of support * LOS have initiated good conversations * Have IMFe recomendations been mapped onto who could/will deliver? * IMFe ones which look interesting to Cass: 2,4,5,7,9,11,13,16,17,21. Note however that we are not a consustancy, and the partnerships should be more than transactional. * David: We should have a mechanism for identifying/judging which prospects to pursue. * AIUK Lightning talks * Janine asks how to identify people from our stakeholder list to approach for talks - does she go to our stakeholder list?
