Ricky: it should be an easy fix, we can replace any mention of `sub` with `webid`
Pavlik: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7519#section-4.2 seems to suggest either registering claim or use collision resistant eg. IRI
Adam: Panel can always make this decision later and update after FWPD
