* Each person or organization can use more than one instance of `solid:Storage`
* Actors not acting as resource controllers can further constrain application access to resources which they can access
* Access rules set for project can apply to all the artifacts of that project
* User can use prefered application to smoothly participate in all the projects across all the solid storage instances.
* One storage can contain copies of data from another storage, copies have independent access rules
