Hi there, I just flew out of <a href='https://www.airofficecounter.com/southwest-airlines-airport/southwest-airlines-chicago-midway-international-airport-terminal-mdw/'>Southwest Airlines MDW Terminal</a> and I have to say the terminal experience was hassle-free and nice. I had my family and the signage was simple to read. Check-in attendants were courteous and assisted with my niece's stroller. The security line moved along well, and the TSA workers were friendly, which is not often the case! The Southwest gates were tidy and nicely organized, with ample seating and power outlets to charge our electronics. We snatched a breakfast sandwich and coffee at one of the nearby cafés—very good coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Boarding was smooth with their group system, and the gate agent was sunny despite the early time. It's not a luxury terminal, but it's efficient, on-time, and certainly family-friendly. I’d fly out of the Southwest Airlines again without hesitation.
