Hello! I had a wonderful experience at the <a href='https://www.airofficecounter.com/united-airlines-airport/united-airlines-adolfo-suarez-madrid-barajas-airport-mad-terminal/'>United Airlines MAD Terminal</a>. As soon as I arrived, everything was labeled and straightforward. My check-in representative was courteous, reseated me to an aisle seat, and even smiled throughout the process. That actually brightened up my day! Security was quicker than I had anticipated, and I had a chance to peruse the duty-free stores prior to going to my gate. Boarding was well-organized and efficient, and the gate agents were informative without being impersonal. I've traveled through numerous international terminals, and this was one of the better ones. The entire United Airlines staff should get a thumbs up!
