# Frequently Asked Questions
## How will I know if my application was accepted?
Once your application is submitted and read by a staff member, the results will be posted in [#application-results](https://discord.com/channels/954605561490571334/1001650594928398366). If you don't see anything within 24 hours, please contact a Council member.
## What do I do if there's something wrong with the form?
If encounter any unnecesary errors while trying to apply, please DM a Council member.
## How long does it take for my application to be reviewed?
The amount of time it takes for your application to be reviewed varies. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to up to 24 hours.
## Why is my age and DOB asked?
This is to ensure that all members are of appropriate age to join our community. Any sort of lying or misinformation on the application will result in an automatic denial.
## What do I do if I see out of date information?
If you encounter any information that is out of date or doesn't quite match up, please contact a Council member.
## What if my question wasn't answered here?
If your question wasn't answered here, DM a Council member.
