# Wordsmiths Manifesto Wordsmiths is a DAO directly aligned with its web3 counterparts at slaying Moloch. Our main driver as a collective is to reduce coordination failure and moral hazard between web3 organizations and their communities. We do this by simplifying communications for web3 organizations. We believe at the heart of coordination failure is an inability to effectively communicate and propagate information. Our plight to foster full information between organizations and their communities relies on our dedication to getting involved in and engaging in community, this aligns us with the projects we seek to help define and grow.
