---
## Scope of review
- Any actions in response to the Noto Peninsula Earthquake in 2024-01.
- Any project related to 1.
---
## What was supposed to happen?
- cloud-native data sharing asap.
- diverse and value-adding uses.
- better customer experience.
- just do something, because we do not even know about the source data.
---
## What actually happened?
- cloud-native data sharing happend.
- such data sharing are not well documented.
- there are both open and non-open services. This is a good thing.
- SNS such as X feels less effective to gather information. S/N getting smaller.
- by dividing roles, successfully achieved prototyping
---
## Why were there differences?
- we have no big collective customer-base yet.
- the spirit of challenge and playfulness.
---
## What would you do differently next time?
- better network and communication, probably through sustained community.
- better shared vision and aim.
- full automation.
---
