We've laid out a direction and waited for interest to trickle in. Now is time to figure out what orgs we need to target and reach out for minimal feature set.

## Arbitration

- Need better arbitration setup in order to move to other chains
- Contact has been made
- Someone in mind to lead up this effort
- Might need a bit of funding to grease the wheels
- We are not constrained by smart invoice arbitration, can differ slightly
- We can launch on networks before arbitration is there, assuming we can quickly get arbitration going

## Strategy (for grant applications)

- Default: just like every other grant
- pro: easy, no extra effort
- con: we don't get to show our work
- whitelabeling for grant givers

## Integrations

- Idea: Charmverse is being used for grants
- Integrate smart grants into charmverse
- need to figure out the business case here
