终于还是轮到了自己，重庆市北碚区天生街道天生桥社区。
<font color=red>既非风险区也非管控区，甚至一例阳性都没有。
不管是社区还是物业，楼栋群还是官方平台，在没有接到任何通知的情况下。半夜三四点钟被焊铁皮声吵醒。</font>

*小区楼栋群的社区最后一条通知还停留在20日的核酸*
鼓起勇气在楼栋群和另一名朋友一同下楼交涉，各个方向蓝色铁皮在路灯下格外刺眼。反复拍击敲打着铁皮，一旁还在焊接剩下的工人把我们带到了铁皮外的小广场，那里有两个“红马甲”，说他们负责这个，你去找他们。

*我：“请问你们是哪个单位的？”
红马甲：“天生桥社区”
我：“请问凭什么对我们这里（焊铁皮）？我们这里是风险区吗？”
红马甲：“不是对你们这里，这个这（一片）都（封）”
<font color=red>我：“那请问我们整个这里是风险区吗？”
同伴：“因为我们没有收到任何单位任何消息，为什么不发消息？”
红马甲：“贴了的贴了的”</font>*

我：“来，那你带我去找，来，走我们一起”

我：“我们假如有什么情况，谁负责，你负责吗？”
红马甲（女）：“我们有口子，你有情况我们有应急电话，可以出，任何应急的都不挡着”
我：“这还不叫挡着啊，你说应急电话，假如有人找你们，你们有没有通知过应急电话，我手机现在给你打开有（楼栋群）聊天记录，你可以找一下有没有人通知过电话，有没有人通知过电话，全部是我们自发的在这里（互助）”
红马甲（女）：“去看通知去看通知”
我：“你带我去看嘛，走嘛，走嘛，你带我去看”
红马甲（女）：“（找）物业带你去看”
红马甲（男）：“贴了你自己看不见”
同伴：“什么叫你自己看不见”

这就是“红马甲”所提的“倡议书”，用来作为焊死我们一个一例阳性都没有的非风险区的依据，只字未提强制措施，23日0时执行，凌晨三点多开始焊贴条。那么这个通知是多久前发的呢？
<font color=red>至少我在22日晚上10点多在同一位置还没有看到它。</font>

坦承讲，其实我本人在接近一周前就已经听到有关传闻，并陆陆续续囤购了足够两三个月的物资，这辈子没有在超市买过这么多东西，冰箱全部塞满了，同时还在昨晚真正有动静之前陆陆续续通知了周围的朋友紧急去囤购。<font color=red>按理说就算是焊住，对我的生活影响也不大。
但我依然选择了在这时候站出来发声，作为小区半夜焊铁皮仅有的两名对峙者。</font>

因为直到现在，还有很多完全毫不知情的居民，抑或是原来听到了风声但没有太过上心的居民。
西南大学北碚校区总学生接近六万，是全国各大高校中总人数最多的单一校区。我所在的小区体量较大，同时与大学最为邻近，非常多的学生租住在这里，并且平时独居并不做饭。一直到昨晚和今天早上，我周围都还有学生对此事完全不知情，甚至完全没有加楼栋群。违反中央二十条对无病例地区进行风控，风险极大。

昨晚十一点四十，隔壁楼栋居住的学生才了解到可能会被封的情况，并且她完全未加小区楼栋群，我让其咨询楼下保安后被告知没有群，我只好先把其拉到我所在的楼栋群以便获取消息互助。最后还是在四点钟与社区对峙过程中 “顺便” 帮她要到了楼栋群。
对峙过程中我反复向社区人员询问紧急情况怎么办，<font color=red>得到的回答全部是冠冕堂皇的"会保证"，再细问谁能保证，责任人是谁，求助电话则一概转移话题。并且男性“红马甲”还以激烈语气表示我还没有任何证据便已经先入为主抹黑他们不能负责，扬言我说话必须负责，没有假如。</font>
但贵阳花果园小区居民饿到要讨要剩饭，乃至最近的九龙坡孕妇受阻三个小时流产，都是实实在在发生过的事情，我相信在没有真的发生之前，询问他们求助亦能得到此类答复。

<font color=red>并且最为重要的是，我们本身就无阳性病例，更非风险区。一个违法的荒唐事，再多的粉饰都无用。哪怕是这个所谓的倡议书也未提及任何强制措施，难道真的是在用铁皮来进行倡议？</font>
*不管是重庆还是北碚，还是天生街道，都是我大学及毕业后最美的这段青春常驻地，尽管并非本地人，但在此前的接近五年里，我一直对这里满怀深沉的热爱。八月份缙云山特大山火，我亦参与了力所能及的救援工作四天两夜，只因不想看到这座城市遭受着本不应有的灾难。如今，亦是如此。*

This is the initiative letter mentioned by the red vest above, as the basis for blocking our non-risk erea where there are no positive cases. No mention of coercive measures, but start executing at 0:00 on Nov 23rd, and they started building iron fence at 3 o'clock.So how long ago was this notice issued?

To be honesty, I have heard about some relative rumors, and stocked up enough supplies for 2-3 months. I have never bought so much food that almost filled the whole refrigerator. I also informed my friends to go emergency shopping before yesterday night. <font color=red>In fact, even if it's completely blocked, it won't have much impact on my life.

Many students rent here, and they don't usually cook.Until last night and this morning, there are still students around me who are completely unaware of this matter, and they don’t even join the chat group. Violating the State Council's 20 new regulations to make so-called risk controlling in areas without positice cases is extremely risky.

It wasn't until 23:40 last night that a student who lived in the next building, realized that she might be blocked. But she didn't join the residents chat group. I told her to go downstairs to ask the security guard, the guard told her nothing. I have to invite her into the group I was in, in order to let her know the latest notification and get help by other residents. In the end, during the confrontation with the community at 4 o'clock, I helped her join into the chat group that she should join in "by the way".
During the confrontation, I repeatedly asked the community manager that what we can do when we have emergencies. <font color=red>The only responses were all high-sounding "I promise". But when I inquired deeply that who can promise, who can take responsibility, what is the emergency number, they all change the subject.</font> What's worse, <font color=red>that male red vest guy said in a fierce tone that I have preconvieved and smeared them without any evidence that they can not be responsible, threatening that I must pay the price for this statement.</font>
However, a resident was so hungry to beg for leftovers in Huaguoyuan Community, Guiyang Province. And a pregnant suffered a miscarriage after being stuck for 3 hours on the empty streets with layers of checkpoints and police in Jiulongpo, Chongqin Province. These are man-made disasters that actually happens. I am sure they also got this kind of response when they ask for help, before the disasters finally strike.

<font color=red>And most importantly, there are no positive cases in our community, let alone a risk area. An illegal absurdity, no amount of whitewashing will help. Even this so-called proposal does not mention any coercive measures. Is it really an initiative using iron fences?</font>
Whether it is Chongqing, Beibei, or Tiansheng Street, they are the most beautiful places of youth during my university and after graduation. Although I am not a local, I have always been full of deep love for this place in the past five years. In August, there was a huge wildfire in Jinyun Mountain. I also participated in the rescue work within my ability for four days and two nights, just because I didn't want to see this city suffer from an undeserved disaster. Today, it is the same.
