- Eric: 前 Microsoft 員工，2017 加入 Google 並在隔年創辦 GDSC Taiwan
- 利用 GDSC 縮短學用落差

Ask yourself:
- What is the goals & objectives?
- 先想清楚到底要做什麼，才有辦法圍繞著核心繼續辦下去。
- What specific problems does your chapter want to solve?
- 想要解決什麼問題？ e.g. 想要解決某個難題。

#### People

社群組成，掌握成員「組成、個性、為什麼來」非常重要！

Ask yourself:
- Who are your members/audience?
- e.g. 成員組成是初學者，不適合講深度的 ML Session。
- What level or types of technology are they comfortable with?
- Why them?

#### Place

要在哪辦ㄋ？人的組成。

Ask yourself:
- Where does your community gather, online and/or offline?
- How does your place of gathering inspire your members?
- How many members do you want to gather?
- 依據人數規模及目的的不同，規劃最符合規模效益的活動。
- How often?
- What legel or compliance issues do you have to consider?
- e.g. 著作權法、個資保護法
