# Business Payment State Channel ![image](https://hackmd.io/_uploads/S12HXsxL6.png) - this will be like payment state channels of blockchains - businesses will sign agreements with other businesses they want to transact with - both of them will transact using a pre-paid method, where they have already put forward the capital and can them just send whatever amount they want send - there are 2 cases in cross border ### cross border balances recorded on tokenization layer - each balance will be tokenized, those tokens do not hold values themselves but are way to transfer the underlying asset - in above image, tokenized asset can be sent from biz 2 (usa) to biz (india) and then biz (india) can withdraw them to their account - withdrawal will work like this - biz will send a request to withdraw - fetcch will send INR from its INR account in india and burn those tokens on tokenization layer
