## My current (rough) vision for Eden Fractal (period 132)

- Distinguish between Topics and contribution requests
- Contribution requests - tasks / issues / projects / donation requests that can be done by individuals or other groups asynchronously from Eden Fractal schedule;
- Topics - something to discuss and potentially reach consensus on during the meeting;
- Have SRT-type game (or an alternative method issue respect-based signal on priority) for both of them every 2 weeks;
- Deploy immutable splits contracts based on existing respect distributions. Create corresponding contribution requests (requests to donate to those splits);

Now current respect-holders are incentivized to work on contribution requests that are voted on by the community. Here's why:
1. By building a precedent that through respect-weighted voting people can guide contributions, we create utility for Respect (utility: ability to guide contributions and community focus in general);
2. This creates demand for respect - people will come to earn respect more frequently and they will try to earn it by contributing according to contribution requests. Respect game will award them appropriately
- more community-aligned contributions -> more utility for respect created -> more Respect awarded
3. More contributions / contributors, which means
- More contributions to our individual projects / initiatives;
- More exposure to our individual projects / initiatives;
- More donations to each of us individually;
- More participation in our governance (stronger governance);
4. These new contributors are incentivized to work on contribution requests that are voted on by the community. Why? - go back to the point number one.

Who knows how far this can go?

I think it is clear that work on issues signaled through respect-weighted voting benefits all of us and gives us an opportunity to capitalize on all of the effort we have put into Respect thus far.
