## The Mission - WIP


The mission is to fund, build and maintain a community owned ERC6551 NFT DAO launchpad platform, SiloHaus. Built on DAOhaus Protocol, SiloHaus will make it easy for projects to bootstrap shared on-chain initiatives through NFT sales.

A dedicated team from DAOhaus will be spearheading this mission with a strong focus on serving DeFi communities. SiloHaus will enable projects to perform a raise through NFT sales where the funds can be instantly zapped into liquidity positions, vote escrow tokens, and liquid staking derivatives.

As ERC6551s, when the NFTs are sold they are minted Moloch shares into their smart accounts and act as the members of the DAO. The holders can then interact with the DAO through the NFTs. The member NFTs are freely tradable on secondary markets. This design opens up a lot of interesting opportunities and flexibility from a technical, economic and governance perspective.

This mission, if you so choose to accept, will be streamlined through WheelHaus, an on-chain DAO hosted on Optimism. The fundraise will be handled through a public [DAOhaus Yeeter](https://yeet.daohaus.club/). The Yeeter event will give everyone an equal opportunity to contribute ETH for proportional ownership over SiloHaus and a hand in steering the direction of the product. When ETH contributors yeet, they will automatically be distributed CRANK tokens, representing proportional membership and economic rights within WheelHaus.

A 10% platform fee in ETH will be taken from each NFT sale that uses SiloHaus. The WheelHaus treasury will receive 50% of the total fees which are owned by CRANK holders. The other 50% goes towards sustaining both the DAOhaus Protocol as a public good, and the core product contributors and maintainers.

## Yeeter Overview - WIP

Upon successful completion of the Yeeter event, every ETH contribution will be matched with a HAUS token bonus in the WheelHaus treasury. A process known as a transmutation will swap the raised ETH for HAUS tokens in a single trustless proposal.

Once the swap is complete, the ETH will be allocated as follows:
- 15 ETH goes to the development of the SiloHaus MVP.
- 30% of remaining ETH goes towards supporting DH public infrastructure.
- the other 70% will go towards HAUS LP on Velodrome, owned by the WheelHaus DAO.

By adding HAUS LP, a deeper alignment can occur within WheelHaus by guaranteeing long term sustainability for itself, SiloHaus and the DAOhaus infrastructure on which it's all built. WheelHaus will incentivize the HAUS LP with HAUS bribes, playing the Velodrome flywheel game to increase both liquidity and the yield it generates.

The SiloHaus fees that WheelHaus receives will be allocated as follows:

- 50% goes to HAUS LP flywheel
- 50% accrues in the treasury

*As a Moloch DAO, CRANK tokens received after yeeting can be burned at any time to exit WheelHaus with a proportional share of the treasury. This is known as a RageQuit.*

CRANK tokens can be made transferable after being approved via a vote in the WheelHaus DAO.

Additional bonuses are available to each community, since these veDAOs also have small revenue streams from Bribes and Yield.

These revenue streams act as a budget for community activities or initiatives.

When the veDAO is in excessive profit, they can hedge, or dissolve the project, provided that they can coordinate a vote.
