# How to Prepare a Line Notify token
> Prerequisite:

> * A [Line account](https://line.me/)

## Step 1 - Login to [Line Notify](https://notify-bot.line.me/)

## Step 2 - Generate access token
1. Click `My page` and click `Generate token`
2. Generate token
- For a personal account
1. Enter a token name and select `1-to-1 chat with LINE Notify`.
2. Click the `Generate token` button.
3. Click `Copy` button.

- For a group
1. Enter a token name and select a group.
2. Click the `Generate token` button.
3. Click `Copy` button.
4. Add Line Notify to the group.
